The Qstay staff were very helpful when I had queries. I just don't believe anyone was sent out to fix the aircons but we figured out how to make them work good after a few days in when running the microwave tripped the power and then when my partner turned everything back on - the bedroom aircon was blowing out icy air lol. That aircon was back to just circulating air after being switched off, so my partner to the rescue at the switchboard turning a switch off and on and abracadabra- both air-cons were working beautifully 🤷‍♀️🤣 crisis was luckily averted on the 38°C day we had thanks to him anyway :) The room we had was big enough for 2 adults, 2 teen girls (19, 16) and our 8 year old boy. Laundry was used a lot and both washer and dryer worked fine. Kitchen was ok, everything seemed to work ok but as mentioned before - microwave would trip the power, the oven was interesting.. there were dials but the numbers for temp and the symbols for setting were completely gone, so it was - turn the dials and hope for the best 🤣 there were some charred pizzas lol My step daughter lost a key after taking it out to a bar with a friend and I was expecting the cost of replacement to be more, so I'm extremely happy with that. There were no major issues that didn't get resolved.. was it the same apartment I saw in photos and prayed would be ours? Nope, it was not, but none of the slight negatives came close to ruining our holiday, we don't need a perfectly maintained, modern apartment to make memories. I think I can confidently say that we all loved staying there and didn't really want to return home to Victoria. Thank you Qstays for allowing us to have the best time @ #407 🫶
