Comfy small room with a desk there is a kitchen provided if you so chose to use it and it's in a close proximity to shops and food stores

When check-in opened at 2pm I received a phone call to say they were over-booked and I'd have to accept a room downgrade (shared bathroom instead of ensuite). When checking in a few hours later, they laughed it off, saying this happens all the time and one "girl" was booked into a room they didn't have had to be turned away. The room itself was clean, but with hot nights with no air-conditioning and the ceiling fan non functional, I had only a small desk fan to try and cool down. Also, there were signs saying to place used towels in hampers, but don't do it if you're staying multiple nights as they are not replaced.

Hotel was OK but the bed was really uncomfortable for 2 people and the curtains block out no light. The temperature was on the cool side the night we spent there but I imagine it would be pretty hot in the room in summer

The staff was friendly, flexible, and helpful. However, the rooms were small, there were rooms where the bathroom windows did not close, which made it cold at night and the rooms were not very clean.

Comfy bed and pillows, did not hear any noises till morning, planes flying over. Curtains could have been heavier to keep room dark for the morning
