Good for the price..

Parking was easy and free, nice and close to the CBD

Room was small but clean

Just what I wanted and in lovely suburb close to trams Will definitely stay again when in Melbourne

This property is getting older but that was not important. It is kept very clean with a comfortable bed and good space for working, eating and relaxing. It also has all the essentials for simple meal prep in a very convenient location, with an easy walk to supermarket, banks, good food and cafes, pharmacy etc. Free parking was always available. And all people involved there were friendly, helpful and responsive. I'll be staying there again
