Spectacular views. Great location.

Great location, close to where I had to go for work and also close to Fitzroy for dinner options.Plus Chinatown around the corner, Dan Murphys only an evening stroll away. Great views, stunning. Clean, well equipped, even had spare HDMI cable to connect laptop to TV. Nice quality feel. Friendly and helpful communication and very easy to get keys. Will definitely stay again when I have to do work in that area of Melbourne.

Easy access to public transport. Just nice for 1-2 people stay

Lots to recommend about this place. The location is excellent - right in the CBD, spectacular views over the MCG and ear lovely greenery. And the communication was also very good - there is no reception but agents for the property meet you at the door and let you in. Also a really comfy bed. Unfortunately the unit I had was not particularly clean (though not as bad as my colleague's unit - where the bathroom was dirty with hair left over from previous guest). It felt like someone’s unit that they were letting out after hastily leaving, rather than an executive suite. A box of tea bags with three teabags in, but no milk sachets. A washing machine but no detergent. Random jar of herbs. The chairs at the small table were tatty and worn. And under the sink random dirty cloths etc - which is pretty grim and given all the other hygiene/Covid measures was surprising. The management were apologetic - and said that this pandemic has been very hard on them which I empathise with. Perhaps I was unlucky with the cleanliness, but objectively, you will find nicer, newer places for less money elsewhere in the city.
