The room I stayed at 1329. If you have to choose this hotel, pls avoid this room or around this room. The room itself is ok, but next to all the service rooms and the noise they move stuff won’t stop until 2am. It’s like thunderstorms in my room and above your ceiling. I stay around intercontinental hotels around the world, this one is ridiculous. I mean they have no concern for guests wellbeings. Also the hotel lobby and cafe area is way too busy like a market full of people visiting from outside the hotel wanting to have tea time in the so call summer gardens?! You being a guest can’t have the table in there at all and no peace. Pls stop this.

위치는.좋음. 그러나 조식 메뉴 매일 바뀌지 않고 직원들 불친절. 특히 오믈렛 만드는 사람들,내일 아닌듯 일함. 7시에 조식 먹으러 가면 입구에 사람이 없음.ㅠㅠ. 룸은 너무 좁음. 다신 가고 싶지 읺음.

The location of Hotel Intercontinental is very good and the food was enjoyable. However, one issue left us disappointed. We had an early flight and asked the reception around 6 a.m. if they could prepare a simple takeaway breakfast (coffee and bread) for us before our 7 a.m. checkout. They assured us it would be arranged and delivered to our room, but unfortunately, nothing was provided. For a 5-star hotel at this price level, such service and lack of follow-through was quite disappointing.
