화장실 샤워 후 물 잘 안빠지고 에어컨은 안됩니다.
가서 에어컨 문의하니 커버 열고 해보라, 이 리모콘으로 해봐라 주는데 다시 해봐도 그냥 전원이 안들어옴.. 마치 전기세 아까워 그냥 케이블 빼놓은 느낌;; 또 말하기 귀찮아서 그냥 에어컨없이 쌩여름밤을 보냈네요.
청소도 잘 안되어있고.. 중산리탐센 가까운거 말곤 모든 것이 불편함. 눈뜨자마자 도망가듯이 탈출했네요..지리산은 또 가겠지만 여긴 다시 갈 일 없겠습니다.
25.06.17It was when about to register as guest they did not ask for ID etc. Just gave the room key. Due to only speak Korean, using Tarzan code like saying all OK, can go to the room. We got room 311, which at the most end of the 3rd floor. 1st floor is reception, and looked like restaurant. There was no room occupied, we were the only guests. VERY STRANGE since if tried to book by Agoda would seem "sold out".
We felt uneasy to the rooms, since all doors were opened so could see the inside of each rooms passed and no one there. After dark the hotel was equipped with motion sensors to activate lighting along the stairs and door ways, so all dark outside the room unless you walk through it. My spouse even freaked out and did not want to take water from dispenser near the stair.
The toilet was not cleaned when we first enter the room. There were hairs on the toilet. The body soap dispenser was empty, and I need to take the replacement that been put on the table downstair which seems a DIY service by them.
Just for curiosity I checked room availability several weeks and months in advance, all "sold out" though in reality no guest at all in the property.

None of the pictures that the hotel provides in Agoda account is true, perhaps back then like 5 years ago.
AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT FIRST SIGHT.
