Das Zimmer war ein bisschen abgewohnt aber tip top sauber und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal war einfach nur klasse. Auch wenn es ein paar Sprachprobleme gab, konnte man sich trotzdem verständigen. Der Koch wurde abends noch angerufen, da wir ein vegetarisches Frühstück wollten. Es hat geklappt und war köstlich. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich was Besonderes.

The interior had a nice cozy feel and it was a bonus to listen to a live pianist perform in the lobby area. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful even when I had a difficult situation with my luggage that they resolved with compassion. The kaiseki was amazing and our private bath was very relaxing. It was nice to be next to the sea for the breeze while soaking in the bath. The price was very affordable for the service they provide. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely visit again next time I come back to Beppu.

Personal muy amable, enviamos nuestras maletas por paquetería y nos ayudaron a recibirlas y llévalas a nuestra habitación. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, muy tradicional japonés y para el segundo día nos sorprendieron con uno completamente diferente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene una hermosa vista a la bahía y su onsen interior es pequeño pero muy rico para disfrutar de un descanso, solo nos faltó conocer el que tienen al aire libre

온천 이용비를 인당 250엔씩 받았고 외관은 연식이 느껴지지 않았지만 룸은 세월이 느껴졌습니다. 뷰가 바다뷰여서 아침에 일어나면 바로 바다뷰가 보여서 좋았습니다. 조식은 건강한 맛입니다.
