This was not my first stay at the Baraquda. This stay was even better than the last time. The welcome cocktail is a great start and the room decor and amenity is great. The pool is quiet and shaded mostly. The staff are so helpful and the location is really good if you like Pattaya activity and proximity to the beach. Far enough away if you need some peace after. Excellent.

I never stayed it was dirty and not livable condition , hotel told me they will cancell the reservation and moved on to holiday in

Great place to stay everything with in walking distance

This is not a. 5* Hotel!!!!! My experience at this hotel was terrible from the moment we arrived. The first room we were given had a strong, unpleasant smell and a noticeable dampness in the air. When I raised this issue with the staff, we were shown an alternative room, but unfortunately, it was in exactly the same condition. The staff then placed a dehumidifier?? in the room to try to improve the situation, but even after leaving it running for a couple of hours, the room remained damp. This moisture affected our belongings — clothes in our suitcase became damp. We asked to change rooms again and were shown yet another room, only to find the same issues repeated. There was visible mould on the walls, dirty shower curtain, and even rotten wall panelling. there was clearly an issue with the air conditioning system, which made the air quality uncomfortable and concerning. Overall, the room was not suitable to stay in, and due to the poor and unhygienic conditions, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. The standard of this hotel was completely unacceptable. It’s clear that there are ongoing issues with damp, mould, and general maintenance. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until these serious problems are properly resolved.
