Amazing Beach facing rooms with a lovely view and balcony. Lived the beach and infinity pool. Awesome service.

i cant say enough about this location, hotel and staff. Gorgeous property, well maintained (10 years old and seems brand new). Staff are very helpful and well trained. Big spacious rooms, water views and beach front property. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, and I recommend getting the breakfast option with room.

Service was very good when we got there but then when we left they didn't care about you. We did certain time pick up and we barely made it to our boarding. Bags were in a different boat. Also restaurant service is very slow.

We paid quite a bit of money for our stay (the room service is also surprisingly expensive, with one liter of local bottled water costing almost $7!). We had high expectations, having had pleasant stays at the Lind in the past. However, our experience was terrible this time. 1. Unlike terrace rooms, the rooms on the ground floor have no soundproofing whatsoever. The very loud noises from housecleaning and other guests can make resting or sleeping impossible until late at night. 2. Also due to that and to lack of policing, the shouts coming from the pool can start from around 7 am and continue for most of the day, making relaxing in one’s room very difficult. 3. Due to very frequent (almost daily, in our experience) external events occupying the common areas of the hotel, the Infinity Pool is often hijacked after lunch and for the rest of the day. These “events” produce astonishing levels of noise, easy to hear hundreds of meters from the hotel. You may need to go to the beach like everyone else to admire Boracay's sunset, or just to stay sane. Based on our experience, by far the worst value in the entire island of Boracay.
