No ventilation in the room, very very small twin room for two persons with luggages, the toilet wreaks and the smell came in the room. The furniture is old and damaged. Only one plug socket. The kettle kept shorting out, so no proper hot water to make a cup of tea. No amentities such as a laundry room to do ironing, the room could barely hold the irloning board and the lead is short to stretch from where the one socket was. Also there is nowhere, no wardrobe to hang up clothes.

I arrived at property and paid for the room as advised on the app. The person at the reception said we can have room number 3 upstairs. Went to the room and when we entered the room was very hot inside like an oven. Windows were wide opened. I called the reception to ask whether heater could be turned off and he said he is coming up to switch it off. He brought a pair of pliers and started twisting some nuts and said it should turn off in 20 mins. After 25/30 mins the heater was still boiling hot and room was unpleasant and giving me headaches and making me nauseous. I called him again and then he came up to now say that it was the maintenance guys who deal with heater issues and they are not on site and said this is not his expertise. Then I had to just leave the hotel after about 20 mins more of torture. We stayed there for 1 hour 40 mins approximately. I had to go book another hotel to stay the rest of the night. I need a complain raised against the hotel and I need this matter resolved as I was put under severe stress and waste of time.

I almost froze to death all night. I had earlier Complained day d heater is not working and they said they will fix it in 10mins I waited long hours only to go back again and they said the maintenance guy does not work at night. I stayed in the hotel all night and left not feeling well rested atall
