overall very good. The location is at a quiet place and the market is 500 meters including couple of Indian restaurants (Spice and Fire, Kiran's). The beach is just opposite and around 100 metres.

Few minutes walk to the beach

Disgustingly dirty and smelly in-room pool with no resolution until the evening. At near 10pm we had to request for a room change as no one is coming to resolve it even though we kept following up. Housekeeping skips our room and when we point it out in the evening we are told to wait for the next round the following day. This was after multiple follow ups during the day. Walk to the beach is dangerous with no assistance to cross the blind curve. Severely understaffed. Breakfast below par, and chairs are dirty. Only saving grace is they have multiple shared pools. Would not come back. Spend your money elsewhere.

The hotel is nice in itself, especially nice pools. The first night we got a room on ground floor that smelled terribly, but next day they moved us to a new room on 2nd floor and no problems. Terrible location on a really noisy and busy road that’s difficult to cross and traffic noise is loud in the hotel. Beach is crammed with lounge chairs. The staff was friendly but took forever and multiple attempts to respond to simple requests like a drying rack or extra sheet. Overall a medium review.

Hotel location isn't very family friendly since they have removed hotel security it is very difficult to cross busy road outside hotel as they used to stop traffic . Premium rooms are located on busy road and it's very noisy . No activities in main pool and pool bar is closed . Place has no atmosphere. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was bland and most dishes were cold. Was always first to breakfast. Will not stay here ever again.
