Great room, spacious for London. Very clean and the bathroom looked brand new.

総じて快適に過ごせました。 2日に一回の清掃で問題ないのですが、ボディソープやコーヒーの補充をしてもらいたかったです。 受付ですぐに対応してくれました。

Lobby is beautiful and renovated, rooms are ok but do not match the new look and feel of the lobby. Beds are terribly uncomfortable - hard as a rock. Staff was friendly.

First time in UK but everything was good enough. I would not say excellent but good. Room was clean and updated. It was small but I understand that is London. One listing said they had indoor pool but it didn’t. Bed was comfy. We didn’t have the breakfast or ate in the restaurant/bar. One night they had a private event. They did store our bags after we checked out so we could walk around a bit before heading to airport. I didn't select this location so it wouldn’t be my first choice, but we did enjoy our stay. We had a problem with our original booking and this was on the list of alternates that were offered to me. We had just landed after a 8hr flight and I was sitting at the airport trying to find a place to stay for a couple of days. The elevators were busy and a bit of a pain to operate. I had to take the stairs on a couple of occasions. Lucky I was only on the second floor. I did like that they had an option for early check in. It was worth the 30£ to sleep that extra couple of hours as soon as we arrived at the hotel.
