Pleased with our 4 night stay here. The rooms have been upgraded and are clean and well appointed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We loved the town and the area around the hotel has food and shops within walking distance. Would stay again.

Overall ok, we stayed 4 nights. Small room with window looking out to the hotel next door literally. Sheets and pillow cases dirty stained and bathroom vent has not been cleaned for ages. We were tired and just wanted to rest so we covered the sheets/pillows with our own and my husband removed the overgrowing lint from bathroom vent. Also, the light by the beds were covered with dust and we used their towels to cover up. One last thing the tv didn’t work as well and the receptionist tried helping with no luck.

Unfortunately the room type I had booked was already occupied and we were given a much smaller room. I don't think that we were refunded the difference. The clerk suggested that the next time we book directly with the hotel rather than through hotels,com
