One of the very best hotels I've stayed at in Waikiki for this price! The view from our 15th floor room was great. Helpful staff. Very clean. Nice bright lobby and excellent location - walk to everything in Waikiki. The pool is a bit small - but nice - but no need because the beach is only 3-4 blocks away. If they had a cheap Kama'aina parking rate I'd stay more often!!

I got the basic room and it was decent for what it was. Waikiki can be expensive but I think this place is definitely overpriced. You pay resort prices for a motel inn basically. Staff is nice and friendly and it’s a good location. Overall it’s a nice place but too expensive for what it is

The room was quite dirty, particularly the bathroom. There was hair all over the shower walls and dirt on the floor. The room itself was falling apart with wallpaper coming off and water damage. I asked the front desk to have someone and reclean the bathroom, when I returned it was still dirty. The staff is generally pretty unfriendly, they don't say hello or look up from their computers to acknowledge you until you say excuse me, or hello to get their attention. You'll also pay hotel fees on top of the room rate which is an additional $35 per day. I asked what this covers because there are very few amenities, they listed out very basic hotel services like fresh towels and access to the tiny pool. Parking is also extra, it all adds up to be very close to the same cost as a much nicer hotel. Don't bother with this one!

The staff and hotel are run diwn. While the housekeeping ataff was very helpful and friensly, everyone i I encountered at the front desk was not. My room was spacious and run down. Wallpaper qas pealing off in the bathroom, broken tiles jn the shower, rygs clearly needed cleaning/replacing and both matresses needed replacing...same with the pullows. To top it off they are doing maintenence (till April) to 1 of 2 elevators so each time trip took on avg 10 min of waiting time to/from the 9th floor, so be prepared! P.S. Parking (both lots) suck getting in and put of.

Stesso hotel e stessa sistemazione del mio primo viaggio alle Hawaii 15 anni fa, peccato che non abbiano fatto niente con il passare degli anni, problema riscontrato un ascensore su due funzionante nel periodo di Natale lunghe file
