Good but sofa bed is not trust

Room was not serviced

Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. We were extremely taken care of and anything we needed were attended to smoothly and promptly. Love having text ability also for the service team to check in and let guests know they can easily have needs met easily and well met! Would happily recommend and look forward to staying again! The room we had was king suite with double pull out and the space was generous and the amenities and modern separate toilet area for Shower and sink area was greatly appreciated. Love the filtered water station and complimentary water bottles to take out while out walking around town! Such a great thought and truly appreciated. Love the in room newpreaso unit and filtered water dispenser. Amazing! Love the fluffy robes and slippers - so cozy and soft!!

Every time I visit the Conrad New York Downtown, I’m reminded that its excellent location is the main reason to book; the service, unfortunately, doesn’t live up to expectations. If you’re choosing purely for location, it’s a reasonable option, but be prepared to compromise on service—starting at the front desk. As a foreign guest whose English isn’t perfect, I’ve had some especially unpleasant interactions there. I come once or twice a year, and I’m still debating whether I should stay here again.
