Pleasant staff and easy parking. Room was very spacious and updated with great amenities. I was worried my room may not be quiet being right beside the pool door and right across from the elevator but I didn’t hear a thing! My door was very heavy and must have been quite sound proof. Great stay!

Excellent service. We had issues with the bed in our first room and they gladly moved us to another room to complete our stay. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Great Falls.

Room had updated bathroom which was appreciated. King bed was lumpy, but slept okay. The pillows were not very good. Carpet appeared and felt dirty. Had to bring a fan as the room was hot. I think the exterior workers had the vent covered with plastic. Pool area was lacking, and the bottom of the pool had tiles loose and popping off. The elevator was dirty. 24 hour coffee was appreciated, and breakfast was ample and tasted good. Housekeeping did not tend the room daily, and could have used an extra set of towels.

Waited a bit for someone to check us in. We were a bit concerned as the appearance of the lobby and halls is needing an update. Halls and elevator dirty. Carpets need a steam cleaning. Pool small and also needs maintenance on the pool deck. Our room door was covered in black marks and dented. However, the room was fine. Still could use some more in depth cleaning but it was clean enough. Bed okay, I found it a bit firm. Pillows tragic for a king bed, only small twin size pillows. There is shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the room. Kleenex box only had two sheets in it and we only had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper. They are doing construction on the face of the building and we were put in a room that was part of that so couldn't look out the window. Breakfast had a decent selection and good for a morning meal.

The place has scaffolding by the front door. It must be under repairs, the place inside was old and run down. Not to mention dirty. The elevator had an entire pop spill there. I notified the front desk and they cleaned it up asap. But I felt this hotel didn’t deserve the cost we paid. Breakfast was ok.
