We stayed only one night in Waikiki. Convenient location. Spacious room for 5 people. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again:)

Overall, everything was excellent. I give it a 9.9 out out 10. It would be a perfect 10 if the resort had beach chairs that we could borrow. The basic chairs from Costco would be fine. I didn’t want to walk too far to get the free chair rentals.

Staff was great, very nice. The room was clean The street noise and nearby nightclubs were a bit loud on the first few days of your stay - coming off of New Years celebration. But location was perfect to walk everywhere. Only thing from being a 5 star is the size / photos online vs what was actually in person. We expected more space since we had a family of 6, and that the king bedroom was more accessible-wide open to other room. If this is not an issue, everything else was great.

Overall it was good, but I'll note some points that bothered me. >I waited until check-in at 3 PM, but despite saying the staff would contact me by email or text message, I never received any communication. >Daily room cleaning was not provided. >Having bottles in the room and being able to refill sparkling water, etc., on the 1st floor was good, but I was bothered by the lingering odor inside the empty bottles. >Finally, I was mistakenly charged for alcohol I didn't consume, but after explaining, they handled it very politely.
