3回目のリピートです。理由はとても清潔で洗練された最高のオーシャンフロントのお部屋だからです。波の音に癒されます〜海亀も毎日見られました。ここは泊まる価値があると思います！

Clean rooms, air conditioning was wonderful. Staff was great and so helpful. Only thing I would suggest is the restaurant could have had a larger menu, very limited. Also the wifi was horrible. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Locations best part. Calm beach. Away from crowds. Negatives: No smart tv. No coffee maker. Bathroom small. Room 414 bathroom door only closes if u slam it. Bed is on the softer side. No gym, but said we could use gym that was further down the street. It was about 25 min walk to this gym.

The location is quite nice. It's just outside of the hustle & bustle of Waikiki, but still within walking distance. Located on a small local beach with easy to swim waters that beckon you to enter. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary beach towels & chairs too. Im not impressed with the front desk staff. I had a problem with the drain of the bath tub during our stay. I attempted to call the front desk, but after 10 rings, went downstairs. The first maintenance guy was unable to clear it. He stated the front desk would call us. We waited for 30-45 minutes before I fell asleep. They never did call. The next morning, we requested for maintenance to tend to the drain. This time, success! I booked the room with an app that stated I'd receive a complimentary bottle of wine. None was received. Later, when I enquired about the wine, found that they provided a $50 food/beverage credit to the room. That would have been nice to know upon check-in, rather than the day before we were leaving. They also advertise complimentary bikes to rent. I found that during our stay, the bikes were not available. The hotel stayed we could go down to this local shop about a block away, then they (the hotel) would reimburse us. This seemed like too much of a headache so we never did. They also advertise many amenities available upon request. I falsely assumed this included a microwave. To my dismay, there is not one available for customer use on property.
