大変 ホテルでの滞在を楽しみました。 とても素敵な雰囲気のレトロな感じのホテル。部屋から海が見えて満足しています。 レストラン、カフェも快適でした。 1つだけ、クイーンベッドルームは2名で過ごすのには少し お部屋が狭かった。 そこだけは残念でしたが、総合的にはとても良い評価です ありがとうございました。

It’s close to the zoo and the beach and offers a great view. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room was very disappointing. The king bed was completely lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but the staff member simply looked at me and took no action whatsoever. The overall energy among most of the staff felt flat and disengaged. This was especially noticeable at the coffee bar, where my coffee was barely warm and the barista seemed uninterested when I mentioned it. Later, when I went to the restaurant for dinner, I was told I needed a reservation for one person—even though the restaurant was half empty. It felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. I will not stay here again or recommend this hotel, especially when there are plenty of other first-class hotels that actually deliver first-class service.

The location was most important to me & this location has saved me so much time driving to and from UH & my daughter’s house! Also, I’m kind of pickY & this hotel is absolutely beautiful & perfect! Rates - really fair, common areas - lots of beautifully furnished spaces, gorgeous pool level open air restaurant, pool - gorgeous & has comfortable high end cushioned loungers, staff - so accommodating & lovely, rooms - beautiful! Highly recommend the Diamond Head view!

The hotel staff was eager to help at all times. Excellent options at the restaurant. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

We had severeal unexpected, hidden fees that came up and almost doubled the total cost of our stay. For example, this hotel requires a $50 per day hotel resort fee be paid for each day of the stay. In addition, the valet fee is $60 per day and there are no other options for parking nearby besides a metered lot that only takes 2-3 hours of money at a time. Lastly, we had some time before our checkout and asked if they were able to watch our luggage in the meantime, and they even charge $2 per suitcase for that. Just a lot of fees to take advantage of travelers who come a long way with limited or no other options. We had booked the room for 4 adults to stay in but our first night we only had 2 towels, and most nights for the rest of our stay we were not given towels and wash cloths for 4 people, leaving one person without clean towels. Lastly, about an hour before we checked out we had a "maintenance man" walk into our room while multiple adults were in various states of undress and verbally/loudly telling them not to. When we brought up the concern to the front desk they did not seem to care. If that was necessary for him to enter our room he could have waited 60 minutes for us to vacate the room or the hotel could have communicated and gotten confirmation that we knew someone would be entering our room. Staying here just added more stress and financial strain than was ever necessary.
