The access was good! It’s easy to take the bus and close to beach I requested the room with tub, but there was no tub and the shower room was very tiny. Water pressure was not strong enough and it’s almost broken There was no balcony The room was far from the picture

The staff was nice. The room wasn't cleaned daily and the showers are extremely small. We were told you need to pay $50/night extra to get bathrooms with a regular sized shower. I feel like that should be in the description. The showers are not standard sized at all.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, target, coffee, and the beach. The rooms have paper thin walls and all night we heard noisy people, trucks outside, roosters, etc, it was LOUD! One of our rooms was super hot the whole day.

My order is under hotel name "Waikiki Beach Marriott"(as shown in the confirmation letter), but what I actually have is "Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach". They are totally two different hotels. The actual destination hotel was not what I expected; I remember using filters to search for hotels that were only 4 or 5 stars, but the one I found did not match that criteria, for it is 3 stars. I think I deserve a refund or compensation.
