The room was clean, it was quiet. In walking distance to several restaurants. 15min, or less, away from outlet shopping, casinos, and other attractions. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and also had a drink and food at the bar. Parking is a drawback. Valet is $35 a day. Stayed in a corner room with a balcony. The room was clean and very spacious. Drawbavks, couldn't regulate the temperature in the room and the internet had a weak signal so enjoying the apps they offer were interrupted by a lot of buffering.

We liked the hotel, it was clean and very comvinent located in dowtown. Breakfast was good. My recomendaton is that the parking situation need to improve. Practically the hotel is not reponsible for parking at all.

Valet parking team was very good and effecient. Front desk, check in were professonal . Room was very nice. Clean and well stocked. Restaurant was disappointing. Service was very slow at best. Server was polite but overwhelmed. Evidently she was doing room service as well whoever brought us our food said. We were not in a rush but twenty five minutes for a bar drink was excessive. Water refills as well. We would have ordered more if she was around more. Food was decent. Brussels Sprouts were actually very good. Bangin shrimp were tasty but not hot when we got them. Burgers and Salmon were good as well. We were there for a NYE gala at the hotel. I would recommend looking at staffing with events taking place to help team. We, and other parties would have made you all much more sales. Several tables got up and left before any service was received. I can tell you last time we were here, July, bar and restaurant was excellent. Ty

Breakfast staff was amazing. It’s an old hotel. We saw ants in our bathroom multiple days.
