We had an issue with our room which was immediately sorted out by moving us. The location is great and the room is great value for Uptown New York. But why are some of the staff so grumpy?

The building is old, so the rooms look a bit dated, but they’re decent enough for the price. The room was clean, and the beddings were fine…just simple and older-looking.
The shared bathrooms are also acceptable. They’re not dirty, but you can definitely tell the building has some age to it.
Overall, it’s a good option for travelers who want to save money and stay in a great location. Nothing luxurious, but it gets the job done.
