プール、特にホットプールに垢が浮いていて不潔だった。 チェックインに1時間も並んだ。

The hotel rooms and grounds were excellent. We appreciated having a kitchen in our room with all the amenities to make breakfast and have some dinners when we were tired after a day excursion. Although the pools were beautiful, they were very small and it was very hard to get a poolside chair. Parking rates were abusive. We only parked for one night at the hotel for $103 Canadian and then moved to public parking by the marina for $1.40/hr Canadian. I had read in previous reviews to do that and would recommend it. The restaurants and shops at the hotel were very nice. The hotel being on a beach and having its own lagoon was super convenient since we had to choose that over the pool. The beach walk in front of the hotel allowed you to check out other restaurants and shops along the beach. Awesome place to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks! All in all we would stay there again.

Wow this place has totally gone into the dumps. They no longer have VALET PARKING, and the self parking is $70 a night (insane). All of the pools were so cold we couldn’t even take our kids in them, literally unbelievably cold water. Our 3 year old boy will swim in anything and he wouldn’t go in for more than 3 minutes and turned purple. The “hot tubs” are like warm and so packed with people you can’t even get in. Also they only have 2 hot tubs for the entire property and they both close at 6pm! We’re talking 2 hot tubs for THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of people staying in all of these towers. We didn’t meet 1 staff member that was pleasant except our bellman who we tipped for bringing the bags up (twice because they don’t share tips with the bell desk downstairs). The tvs don’t sync with the new iPhones so you can’t stream anything of your own. The regular TV channels were so choppy and unwatchable, bag signal on both tvs in our room. They don’t have room service! I could go on and on. DON’T STAY HERE!

The 2 bed room suite was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and loved the place a lot. The balcony view was great ( partial ocean views). The interiors looked a lot better in person than photos. Washer and dryer was a big plus. Kids loved the pools. Over all excellent experience! Would love to come again.
