Got there & was told the room we was supposed to be in was flooded so they was giving us another room but had to wait it took a while so called they said that room wasn't ready so they gave me another which split up my group & that room was a little dirty

It was a terrible experience. Upon check in they could not find my reservation. They said Hotels.com did not put it in the system correctly. The restaurant food was awful and the furniture in the room was not clean.

I stayed at one of spacious rooms in the 59th floor, which is "Stay Well" floor. The view was spectacular, and room conditions are so up-to-date equipment, furniture, and amenities. I really enjoyed the layout of bathroom with separated tub and glassed shower stalls. The time I stayed was very quiet without any serious noise pollution from neighboring rooms, and the location was not bad even though the hotel is distant from main strip. I think that's why the room prices were affordable, relatively inexpensive especially during the weekday nights. I will come back here (I heard the rumor that this hotel might change or is scheduled to renovate?). From Vegas tradition, I hope social media people will document and record as much areas as possible since many hotels will eventually make massive changes and demolition as facility gets aged.

Room was nice, clean. Coffee maker was broken, both electric plugs on both bedside lights do not work (I let reception know at check out)

The shower drain was clogged but the staff were efficient to help out. Wish they bring back the breakfast buffet
