The staff were truly amazing, but the hotel is old and could use some work. Also, the “accessible” room was not really accessible. A person with mobility issues has trouble getting into a tub and that was the only option. It was a problem for us.

I woke up with 7 strange bug bites that later turned into blisters. Not sure if it was a spider or ... what?? Thankfully my children didnt get any. Front office staff was nice. Hotel was ok. Older and if had a musk to it.

Sheets and towels were dirty

I stayed one night. I opened the bed and the sheet looked like black mold. I asked for someone to bring new sheets. I was told I had to go to the desk and get new sheets and make up my own bed. I went to breakfast at 9:40. Some food was all gone and they would not bring out more food because it was “too late”. Carpet in my room had not been vacuumed, crumbs/ dirt all over. Cobwebs and ceiling dirty too. I asked for a concession on the room fee but the lady at night couldn’t do that and I just left a bit frustrated in the morning.
