Dirty rooms with stained sheets visible thru uv light, terrible costumer service with unprofessional inexperienced employees and crazy policies you won’t even think exists so they can extort your money. Body towels are the size of face towels. No shampoo or conditioner or body soap. Air conditioner is just a joke.
When my preferred Motel 6 in the Coachella valley is sold out, this is my next choice. Rooms are always dirty- especially the floors. I always clean the room when I fist arrive.
Majority of the staff is polite and enjoyable.
One of the females working at the front desk rolled her eyes when I asked for extra cups.
2 days in a row housekeeping was pounding on my door at 9AM badgering me about paying for the room. After the fist housekeeper left, shortly after another one arrived being very aggressive. After repeatedly saying I’m a stay over and am going to pay for the room I pretty much had to yell at her to get her to leave me alone. Not my first choice but I will choose this one over east Palm Springs motel 6
When saying at motel 6 in the valley this is my second choice.
I know what to expect when I come here. I always have to clean the room when I arrive- especially the floors. A lot of the staff is enjoyable. One of the females at the front desk rolled her eyes when I asked if I could get some extra cups and 2 days in a row housekeeping was pounding on my door at 9AM badgering me about paying for the room. Check out is at 11…..they had 2 different housekeepers come by between 9-9:30am pounding on my door aggressively asking if I’m going to pay for the room. After repeatedly saying I’m going to be paying and yes I’m a stay over I had to pretty much yell back at one of them so she would leave and stop bothering me. I don’t enjoy coming here when I have to but I definitely recommend this one over east Palm Springs motel 6
Shows this place based on the ability and location to relax and continue on to Phoenix. It was a nice over- night stay.
Hotel looked ok from the street but first thing I noticed when entering the room was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals that seemed to be attempting to cover the smell of cigarettes. Upon opening the mini-fridge I found many half-consumed drink bottles and food scraps in bags, paper cups, and spilled along the bottom. Among the other things I'd consider sub-par: there was no sheer curtain to allow light into the room, only the blackout curtain which isn't great for my ground floor room; paint drips on the floor added to the feeling of the room being unclean; finally the lighting was just felt weirdly placed with switches all over. I had to book late for a conference so I didn't have many options, but I likely wouldn't consider this an option for next time I book a room in Palm Springs.
