All the check in staffs between 3.30pm till 5.30 pm on 7/3/2026 were quite efficient and professional. So also the check out staffs on 9/3/2026 12pm. My family took a few rooms and all are dealt with professionalism by the staff. So also the buffet Ramadhan staffs , supervisors and manager on duty on 7/3/2026 for 12 pax, they were quite attentive and pro active plus professional. Not to forget the housekeeping and the doorman and security at the entrance were quite friendly and service oriented.DSISJ

Been there with my mom. Their staff were very warm & accommodating. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

A great hotel in Kota Bharu. Parking is easy. Friendly staffs. Beautiful interior design. The room is bright and clean. Food is good. If it could have a water dispenser, it will be better for the environment.

Sangat2 berpuas hati,kebersihan tip top,saya sgt suka biliknya,luas,besar ,sgt2 selesa,bilik airnya sgt best,tekanan airnya laju,sgt best bila kita sampai penat dpt mandi dgn sgt2 selesa,tualanya sgt tebal,best.staffnya pulak sgt friendly dan sgt membantu dlm segala hal,terima ksh atas layanan yg sgt baik dari smua staff.saya pasti x kan ubah tempat menginap klu ke Kota Bharu lagi.

I often stay this hotel when come to Kota Bharu for work but this time very frustrated because this unit got a few problem as the picture i attached. -The pillow have stains and smelly. -The water heater are not functioning -Toilet floor bertakung due to the flooring & water flowing is not good -Some more got baby cockroach inside the toilet -And the iron is leaking Please fix this, looking forward for my next stay tq
