Hotel: looks very nice inside and outside, first hall should be renovated. The rooms are good and clean. Staff: very welcoming and professional Breakfast: very good but its not a buffett and you can only choose one kind of a breakfast dish. Park fee: when you book a room, you don't see the park fee at first glance, so later you might be annoyed cause the final price is higher which is not cool

Older hotel with lots of noise and "odd" activities. The surprise resort fee really irriated me. oh by the way, now that your here, we will be required to pay resort fee.

This hotel is looks NOTHING like what is advertised. The lush entrance filled with a fountain, palm trees, lights, and a seating area in the entrance — not even there. The fountain has 0 water, there are cut electrical wires everywhere, there are NO palm trees or even greenery for that matter. The South Beach Hotel light isn't even lit up. You wouldn't know where you're going. The only positive is the location. You check into a separate hotel and walk around back — yet if my boyfriend and I were not self sufficient we wouldn't have figured it out. The hotel room had stains on the pillows, towels, and bedspreads. The bathroom smelled awful and there was even a leak coming from the back side that would lead out a hole from inside the shower causing a leak behind the toilet. The staff was so-so. At times we called to get more towels to try and clean up the leak but the front desk wouldn't answer. We were promised that breakfast was included within the price but they don't mention it's a whole separate menu that essentially has very little on the actual menu — bagel, cereal, pancakes, and fruit. Everything else is extra, had we known that we wouldn't have "splurged" for the included breakfast option. Overall very underwhelmed, overpriced for what you ACTUALLY get, and this was low-key terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Good location. Good value. AC didn't work great. As long as you're not expecting the Ritz, you'll be happy.

It was good for the money, south beach hotel was not the best but for just sleeping (beds are awful) and a shower it did its job.
