I am confident this is the #1 place to stay in Florence! ​We were a family of four looking for a room with a view of the Duomo. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the apartment also had great kitchen facilities, was sparkling clean, and very spacious. All the famous restaurants and spots are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to get around. ​The high ceilings gave the place a wonderful, airy feel, and the natural light was fantastic! I had read some reviews mentioning noise, but honestly, we found it romantic—you can literally enjoy live busking performances right from the comfort of your room! ​Before arriving, I sent several emails with questions, and the staff answered all of them so kindly. On the day of check-in, they gave us such a warm and thorough explanation of everything. We are so grateful for their incredible hospitality. ​If you’re visiting Florence, this place is a must! It truly is the best.

두오모 바로 앞이고, 식당들이랑도 다가까워서 만족합니다. 식세기도 있고 가볍게 라면 등 해먹기 조아요! 수압도 괜찮고 아파트 형태라 조았어요. 엘베있고 프론트에 직원분 계시고 안전해보였어요 다시 피렌체 방문해도 또 묵을생각있어요!

6층 2베드룸 아파트를 이용했는데, 테라스에서 보이는 뷰가 아주 훌륭합니다. 시내의 중심지에 있어 다른 관광지 접근성이 아주 뛰어나고, 시끄러울까 걱정했지만 전혀 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 리셉션에 직원이 상주하고 있어 편리했습니다. 모든 직원이 다 친절했습니다. 숙소에 세탁기가 있던데 사용하지 못하도록 돼있어 그부분만 아쉬웠네요.

The apartment itself was clean and decent, but unfortunately, the location was quite inconvenient. Most of the main attractions in Rome — like the Colosseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, etc. — are far from the property. The nearest metro station is around 1 km away, the closest bus stop is about 500 meters, and Roma Termini (the central station) is also 1 km away. There aren’t any good restaurants in the immediate vicinity either. One major downside was the lack of luggage storage. The apartment doesn't offer any space to keep your bags after checkout, so we had to take our luggage to the central station and pay a hefty amount just to store it for a short time. Unless the price is significantly reduced (ideally below €150–180 per night), I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
