Everybody was very nice and professional Rooms were very clean Location is great with easy Ubers to downtown destinations

There were potato chips, all along the floor from the previous guests with a broken curtain pull handle. The shower somehow seem to leak all over the bathroom floor. We ordered steak and ribs on the app. We ordered it to pick up at the restaurant. We were told that the app is not working correctly, which is why It got delivered to our room instead of us receiving and eating it at the bar while we were waiting, when we received our food, our ribs and steak were in a box with no plates. The medium well steak I ordered was burnt the Pepsi, I ordered that they forgot had a seed in it which I choked on. I had to pay $100 more than what I booked the room for. The King suite next-door had two small dogs that barked all throughout the night and morning. I have Stayed here plenty of times and this was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had throughout the years..

Room lacked amenities , and the only option seemed to beto purchase some from them.

The room was spotless. All staff was courteous.

Room space, cleanliness, beautiful views of the city, and walking distances to the incline.
