더블트리 바이 힐튼 호텔 쿠알라룸푸르

정말 가성비호텔입니다. 객실은 기대할 것 없고 인터마크몰 안에 있어서 식당가 대형마트 편하게 이용할 수 있다는 것과 KLCC 걸어갈 수 있는 거리라는 것이 장점입니다.

Goede locatie, ruime kamers. Het ontbijt was heel goed.

My initial room was unacceptable. There were hairs on the bed and the fridge was extremely dirty, with hairs inside it. I took photos and reported this to staff, who said they would change my room. However, I was left waiting for over two hours without my luggage and remained in the dirty room during this time. I had to call customer service four times to chase this, and the overall service was very poor. On checkout day, I contacted reception an hour in advance to arrange for the concierge to collect my luggage at a set time. I was told this would be fine, yet the concierge arrived 15 minutes late. Despite calling several times, I was repeatedly told he was “on his way.” Breakfast service was also disappointing. After waiting 10–15 minutes for a table, another guest took my table and I was made to wait again while a new one was found. The hotel does not cater well for allergies. On one day when I was extremely unwell, breakfast could not be sent to the room at all due to my child’s egg allergy, meaning we missed breakfast entirely. Service at the pool was particularly concerning. My 9-year-old son was made to sit outside in the rain as staff said he was not allowed into the changing room, despite other young boys being inside. I was then told the pool was closed, leaving my child waiting outside unnecessarily. Finally, on the last day, staff repeatedly referred to me by another guest’s name, which I had to correct several times, raising concerns about a potential breach

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a medical episode and they helped me get to the nearest hospital👍
