Room: The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and even with a roll-away bed added, there was still ample space for three plus-sized adults. Everything was spotless, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. Service: Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The bellhop was helpful and friendly. Special mention goes to the chambermaid, Diana, who was exceptionally attentive. She thoughtfully provided an extra pillow for my father without being asked and always kept the room clean and fresh. Her warm smile and care truly enhanced our stay. Breakfast: Breakfast was delicious, with a good daily variety of local Malaysian and international dishes. Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping district, surrounded by malls. A monorail station is just a 1-minute walk away, Jalan Alor is about 10 minutes on foot, and Berjaya Times Square is directly opposite, making it an ideal base for shopping, dining, and exploring Kuala Lumpur.

The room is very nice and well appointed and the property is well looked after. Breakfast has a huge variety to suit many tastes and I note there is also some changes in that different dishes are offered each day. The location is very handy to walk to shopping areas nearby and to catch the monorail to places. Two downsides are firstly the street noise outside can be noisy at night time that might affect sleep. Secondly, even though my Expedia booking said Expedia will cover the toursit tax (in event of being a foreigner) I had to pay the amount at check in. I think there should be better communication and training for reception staff to he aware of the policy if the booking has been made via Expedia which says they will cover the amount in case of foreign traveller. Since the fee was small (20 RM) I dont worry about it but it should not have happened. That and the street noise makes me think a little bit about whether to book here again even though many other factors in the hotel are very good. It is for these reasons I rate the hotel as good overall rather than excellent.
