The service was exceptional from start to finish every staff member was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was that everyone was approachable and always ready to help. No matter who you ask, the staff are happy to assist with a smile. What made my visit even more unforgettable was the birthday surprise they prepared for me. I never expected such a thoughtful gesture, and it truly touched my heart. Their effort and attention to detail made my special day even more meaningful and memorable. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels this sincere. Thank you for turning my birthday into such a beautiful experience. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and heartfelt hospitality. The food was also delicious!

Very dirty, holes in sheets, old and smells. Rooms were very disappointing.
