Lovely hotel and experience

Room is newly renovated. Breakfast space felt nicer. Great service and amenities.

This has been a go to hotel for me in Bangkok, the staff are great the area is also great, it needed some maintenance but unfortunately the refurbishment by Paola Novane has not hit the mark. The reason for our stays is it felt authentic Thai now it feels like a new looking hotel. Unfortunately we will look for another authentic thai hotel to stay in the future.

Despite renovations the quality of the stay and the new rooms are great. The restaurant nahm is great, as is the room service food. But best of all is the staff. At all levels they try to make you as welcome as possible.

Firstly, I have been a longtime fan of the Como Metro and have continued to return again and again. This was my 5th visit this year, having just checked out this morning. They are currently completing a renovation that had little impact at all on my visit. My room like so many others was full completed offering up an entire new look. How would one describe the new Metro look. Fresh, a lighter feel to each room with fresh white metro-white colors, decorated with new refreshing contemporary furnishing. What’s also amazing, they have maintained the Metro vibe, easy, simple and keeping their signature “fragrance” if you’ve been a guest before “you know.” Super worthy of mentioning. The staff who does the hiring has an amazing knack for hiring a “Team” of very committed & cheerful employees. Each are a delight to be at your calling for exceptional hospitality. They are always there - to make your visit above the top. I will be returning in 5 days! Thank you staff for making my visit so special! Khun Patrick
