Hotel is brand new, swimming pool is nice, gym is a bit on the small side but all the equipments are brand new. Breakfast is quite decent, not the widest selections but quality is quite good. i had breakfast for 9 days and i don't find it bored. Location is convenient for night life and massage near by, tho a bit far away from bts. If you plan to just grab/bolt then it's all fine, lobby is very big with a big sitting area. I tried the spanish restaurant at the lobby, it's a bit on the pricey side but it's very good food .. quite impressive. As to my room first night i stayed in a room facing the main street, it's a bit too noisy for me and next day i asked to change to a room facing the pool instead. The hotel is quite new and i think here there are still some things that needed fixing (the room i stayed in the first night the drainage in the shower is slow for example) but the hotel management is very willing to listen to fix the issues. next day gave me a new room and also sent me some fruits. Manager knot also called me to check up. I would definitely come back to voco on my next visit to bangkok. cheers.

One suggestion to add that may be too late is a slope for luggage to the main entrance it’s a hotel after all..

Great breakfast buffet in terms of taste and varieties Poor bathroom and toilet layout and design for deluxe rooms Love the little courtyard...but my neighbor smoked in it's courtyard...not sure if it's allowed. Swimming pool does not get sunlight as it is surrounded by a car park and an old building Weak gym...limited equipment There are many sex clubs in the neighborhood...not suitable for kids
