We stayed 5 nights in the pool access room in Nov 2025. The emerald pool was quiet and private. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast had great options and on excursion days, the kitchen made us to-go breakfast boxes. The location was really good and it is off the main road is much quieter. All in all, a good stay.
El hotel par ser “Resort” deja muchas experiencias negativas… 1 el aseo del cuarto es limitado y no todos los días. 2 no realizan recarga de gel de ducha. 3 las instalaciones de los cuartos y el hotel (edificio de cuartos) le falta mucho mantenimiento. 4 el desayuno no varía y además la comida es picante. 5 No usen la teteras, nunca las asean. 6 La zona de la ducha deja ver hongos en sus paredes
This property has seen better days. As many reviews suggest, the furniture is extremely old, there is mold and cracks everywhere, and in certain areas, a sewage smell. The emerald pool was wonderful, it’s a very quiet hotel off the main road, and staff is great. They only allow one guest room card which can be frustrating but the staff was nice enough to have someone open the door when one of us didn’t have the room card. The gym has never been wiped down before and the breakfast is the absolute worst breakfast I have ever seen. The fruits were laid out and not super fresh, there were a variety of cereals and then the yogurt which was served in a giant blob in huge dishes without a covering, breads and pastries were all the kind that taste look yoga mats, and there was one omelet station but the toppings were sorry looking (dried bacon, onion, cheese, and some tomatoes).
Definitely do not go here with a small child, if staying on 2nd floor or higher. The balconies are a definite safety hazard. Our daughter almost lost her life, so close to falling down. Got another room on ground floor after that, moist with mold and mosquitoes even with ac full power on.
This hotel has a great location that provides some quiet time and relaxation away from the busy main strip of shops and restaurants. Everything you need is on your doorstep.
It’s a short walk, around 5 mins to the beach.
The hotel pool is a good size and has a swim up bar.
Wan, Nina and the team in Reception provided an excellent service, helping with questions and booking trips and transfers.
Breakfast including very tasty Thai dishes as well as a wide range of other options. The restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly.
The deluxe room is a good size and the shower was really powerful, great after a long day out.
We had room 403 which had a balcony nicely secluded by trees.
The condition of the hotel is good, there were some signs of wear snd tear in our room, eg the seal to the shower door didn’t work, but this didn’t bother us.
Cleaning was of a high standard.
We really enjoyed our stay and would come again as it offered value for money.
