Everything was good and the staff was very pleasant except one - a daytime counter staff member, a short dark plump girl with an unpleasant expression and speaks with a sharp tone of voice, even when I spoke with her courteously on a few occasions. The manager should really send this person for training on how to communicate appropriately with a guest and how not to be disrespectful in her tone.

Despite construction of new building next door, I enjoyed my stay here as usual. Good breakfast with amazing view, top location everything is close by. Looking forward to my next visit.
