Staffs were very helpful and professional. 4 stars because the hotels interior design felt not cozy.

This hotel has mixed review from me. The good: close to the BKK airport, they offer free return to the airport, the suite room was large as promise, the breakfast was aceptable, the bed was ok, the staff was also ok. The problem with the hotel is that many things are barely minimum or below expectation. The lobby have a lady that ia not rude, but she have no welcoming face, there ia not that warm face that welcome, if any, ahe has a face of a strict teacher. As i said, she ia not rude, but she has not personality for being in charge with the welcome. The internet keeps disconnecting ocassionally, the hot water was irregular, which was a problem for showering since you need to adjust all the time to avoid to be burn, the breakfast was ok, minimum of the expectation, eggs sandwiches, cereal, coffee, salads, fruits, bread, rice and some other dishes. Compared to USA, this was a great breakfast, but compared to Thai hotels, it was short. the freezer of the fridge was with a sheet of ice because it was not cleaned. I was expecting more plates for the table but there were the one a coupke of glasses and cups. the swimming pool looks nice, but the overall sense im the hotel is that it is in the bare minimum. Would i return... probably not, or could be one of my last options. Im Bangkok you can find other hotels with similar prices (or +10USD) that greatly improve your experience.

Only spent one night. Staff has always been kind and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. They were very helpful even within the airport with my excess luggage.
