staff was amazing! Especially OSama at front desk. And others who managed the front desk. We can’t say enough about the staff and the above and beyond kindness and care they took of us to make our stay exceptional. We will highly recommend this hotel to others and use for future stays. Breakfast was excellent as well!

We arrived at night and Marjionna was super hospitable and friendly she checked us in and once we entered there was no electricity and main switch was off from outside the room. Technician came and fixed, once we entered the bedroom surprisingly were stains on the bed sheet and room wasnt cleaned so well . Had to call Marjionna again to send people to change bed sheets. Again we getting with the premium views and superior room there was a generator infront of the hotel and making very bad noise that we werent able to sleep that night. Second day we checked out and apology was so little from the management side, we got much cleaner room but no views and again noise at the night but this time because of people shouting and laughing down. I wont recommend people to go this place

Disappointed by Inconsistent Service Despite a Polite Start
I was initially impressed by the polite and helpful front desk staff during check-in. Unfortunately, the first room I was given had issues — the air conditioning was not working properly, and one of the window lights kept flickering due to a fault. After I reported the issue, a staff member came up to check and kindly offered to move me to another room. Although the new room was smaller, I accepted it as long as the air conditioning worked well.
I decided to extend my stay for another night. However, my experience with the front desk this time was extremely disappointing. I informed the staff that I had already booked the additional night online and simply asked them to update my room key card. Instead, I was told I had to pay an extra €40 or be forced to change rooms. I explained that I had plans and couldn’t switch rooms immediately, and that I would be back later to handle it — but he refused to accommodate this request. I had no choice but to return to my room and pack my belongings, otherwise I would have to pay the extra €40.
For a five-star hotel, this kind of service is unacceptable. I felt unfairly pressured, and it left me with an unpleasant impression of my stay in Barcelona. A disappointing experience that tainted an otherwise beautiful
