Do not believe the Google review. Sansi hotel is a nice hotel with spacious bathroom and the water pressure is best out of all the hotels I've stayed in spain. And location is good, close to metro, to nice restaurants, to placa catalunya. 2 problems being, #1 the elevator is old and slow, #2 you cannot control the climate in the room even though there's an ac console (maybe you can during the summer). So central heating it is for me (March), have to open the window. All in all I'll consider staying at sansi again if I visit barcelona again.

Excellent location, clean, modern. But the highlight is the staff - they gave terrific service and were extremely nice!

ROOM LOOKS VERY SMALL

침대 밑 카페트를 침대 외곽으로만 둬서 침대에서 내려올때마다 미꾸너워 위험했어요.

This is a 4-star hotel and this rating carries some requirements. For example, a mini bar. The hotel proves a mini fridge and a vending machine at the ground floor. You can go down, buy something, store it in the fridge and that is their interpretation of a mini-bar. The same goes for room service. They have a list of vendors. You call them and a Wolt- type person brings it to you. If your phone does not include a cellular voice option you must go to the reception area and call from there. It goes on and on. In some, their rating is a scam.
