Booked this hotel on-line because the location looked central for my weekend in Barcelona where I planned to do a lot of walking to see things. It was also only a 5 minute taxi ride from Sants train station.
I was surprised at how nice my accommodations were as well as all the facilities at the hotel. Breakfast was very good too. My room was small, but certainly adequate. They even provided bath robes and slippers. Nice touch. One small complaint: there was no luggage rack to hold my suitcase, so I had to place it on top of the chest of drawers. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in Barcelona.

This was one of the most shocking and unacceptable experiences I have ever had at a hotel.
While I was asleep, someone knocked on my door. When I opened it, three male construction workers were standing there with a framed picture and a power drill, saying they needed to carry out interior construction inside my room. There was absolutely no prior notice of any kind. Having three unknown men attempt to enter my room was terrifying, and I immediately asked to contact the lobby. One of the workers connected me using his personal mobile phone, which itself felt highly inappropriate.
After I expressed my distress, a woman claiming to be the manager insisted that they be allowed to enter “just for a moment.” I clearly stated that any construction should be done after I checked out, but she repeatedly pressured me, saying it would only take a few minutes and suggesting that I leave the room briefly so they could work. Despite my repeated refusals and clear discomfort, she continued to push.
I ultimately gave reluctant consent only because I felt pressured and because the workers appeared apologetic — not because I felt safe or comfortable.
They drilled into the wall, leaving construction dust scattered around the room. Afterward, I went to the lobby to formally complain. The so-called manager repeatedly responded with, “I’m sorry, but you agreed to it. If you hadn’t agreed, they wouldn’t have entered.” This response was not only unprofessional but deeply disturbing, as it showed a complete lack of understanding of guest safety, consent, and basic hospitality standards.
This staff member requires serious retraining and should not be interacting with guests. Allowing unannounced construction workers into an occupied room is completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous.

The staff at the accommodation were incredibly kind, and I was so happy during my stay! I felt very comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. There were lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby, so everything was very convenient. I highly recommend this place! :)

특히 쇼핑을 원하는 사람들에게 추천하며 쇼핑하면서 카사바요트 카사밀라 등을 관람할 수 있어 좋습니다. 카탈루냐 광장과 도보로 약 15분정도 소요되어 바르셀로나의 주요 관광지로 이동하기 편합니다.
객실은 깨끗했고 특별한 뷰는 없었지만 암막이 잘되어 잠을 잘 잘수있었고 이용하기에 나쁘지않았습니다. 조식은 22유로 추가하여 이용가능합니다.
