駅に近いビジネスホテル。早く着いたため、スーツケースだけを預かってもらおうと思ってチェックインカウンターの係に声を掛けたら、お部屋の用意もできるようにしてくれました。スタッフはとても親切でした。

La stanza era confortevole, pulita e grande. Finalmente una stanza con gli appendiabiti per i giubbotti. Personale gentile. Ottima posizione: vicino alla stazione centrale dei treni e anche al centro.

when we arrived (2 parties) to check in to the rooms, we were told they did not have any rooms, .and they were just purchased by Leonardo and were having issues. I said this is not my problem.. after 20 plus minutes we did secure a room. I had to come back an hour later to get mine. they tried to give me a room with two beds. I informed the front desk that I did not have a refrigerator or a coffee pot or supplies. the next day when we came back the room was not cleaned or did we have a fresh supply of towels.After going back down to the front desk and informing them , later on they did clean the rooms and i did get a coffee pot. As too the breakfast I have seen better selections and especially at the Linddner were we just stayed before coming here.That place was fantastic. I would like to point out two young ladies who did come to our aid for getting the rooms clean and a coffee pot. nuctari krathum and cicia caballero. they went above and beyond customer service.. thank you Jack Licata
