Das Zimmer war sauber, als ich übernommen habe. Gereinigt und das Bett gemacht wurde täglich. Das habe bei teureren Hotels schon anders erlebt. Für den Preis war das gut.

I've been staying at this hotel for around 15 years, whenever my work takes me to Frankfurt (about once a year). Used to be my favorite in terms of value, with a great breakfast. It declined during and after Covid unfortunately. They are now doing renovations to hopefully bring it back to the level it was at before. When I stayed there this time, even the breakfast room was under renovation, so breakfast was in the bar -- and very frustrating as selection was poor and they only seemed to put a tiny bit of food out at a time (so within 5 minutes of them putting eggs or cheese out, it was gone and you had to wait again in order to get some). Hoping to see this place like it once was, soon.

Mon séjour à l’Hôtel Savoie a été plutôt décevant. Plusieurs services annoncés n’étaient pas disponibles : la piscine était fermée pour rénovations et il n’y avait pas de buanderie, on m’a plutôt dirigé vers une laverie à proximité. Des travaux importants avaient lieu sur mon étage, avec des ouvriers qui circulaient souvent dans les ascenseurs. Le déjeuner était bon, mais la chambre était vieillotte et le tapis usé à plusieurs endroits. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience était en deçà de mes attentes.
