The mail problem was the room filled with mold, unsanitary and dangerous. Had to leave after one night as both my wife and I were getting sick from the mold. The hotel is ready for condemnation and the German authorities should close it down… I want my money back and I took pictures that I will plaster all over the internet. Hotels. com should be ashamed of themselves, recommending this unsafe hotel.

Äldre och slitet hotell. Badrum med svart i kakelfogarna i duschen, bubblor av lossnad färg i taket. Skön säng och bra kuddar och täcken, vi sov gott. Hade bett om ett tyst rum högre upp för våra 5 nätter. Fick ett av de 3 sämsta rummen på våning 1 ovanför ingången. Mycket buller från trafik och spårvagnar, men vi har alltid med öronproppar så det var okej.

Great location near the main train station. But the neighbourhood is really run down. Got a room with balcony on the first floor with trams going by directly outside. Loudest room i’ve ever been in. But it was no problem to switch room to the other side which was quiet.

Couldn’t stay here. Arrived around 10pm at night, no one was in the building, there were building works everywhere. Floor ripped up, lift open and broken, not a single guest or worker in sight. Tried calling, no answer. We tried for an hour and had no luck. The dining room was an empty room covered in building works and blue prints. Couldn’t believe what we had seen. Had to find another hotel nearby last minute so we actually had somewhere to sleep.
