goede locatie. eenvoudig maar goed hotel. mijn enige bezwaar tegen de kamer is het feit dat er 's nachts overduidelijk diertjes, muizen of ratten, over het plafond lopen. in de kamer zelf zie ik geen sporen. het ging om kamer 56.

Melhor localização. Quarto pequeno mas a localização compensa demais, dá para fazer tudo a pé . O jardim é o Vondelpark

Quarto para quatro pessoas com bastante espaço, parte do banho faltava uma parte da porta que molhava um pouco o banheiro, e tinha um vazamento na pia que deixava banheiro um pouco molhado. Mas no geral custo benefício muito bom, a localização é excelente. Tem café grátis 24h na recepção.

Quarto limpo, bem localizado, poucos minutos a pé dos transportes públicos e ao lado do parque. Não temos nenhuma reclamação. Não é hotel 5 estrelas, mas atendeu nossa necessidade e não tivemos nenhum imprevisto.

After reading several reviews about bed bugs, I was a bit worried about staying here. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was assigned a bed in the basement, and after checking it immediately, I found bed bugs. I went straight to reception and showed them video evidence with the current date and time, but the staff member denied that it was their room. I was eventually moved to a room on the 3rd floor, where I had no further issues. On the third day of my stay, there was also a 30-minute power cut. The hotel is only a one-minute walk from Vondelpark and is located on a street lined with luxury brands. However, there are no restaurants or supermarkets on that street—you need to walk toward Leidseplein to find any dining or grocery options. Noise was also an issue, as I could hear other guests walking up and down the corridors and loud banging during the day.
