Everything good except a gap in the balcony door when locked. Reported it and they sent two guys who basically shrugged their shoulders.. Hot and cold water wasn’t great either.

The beach and room size were excellent, but maintenance issues let us down. The AC leaked into the room and terrace (happened on the next day though), and we couldn't get the room dark enough for sleep due to lights that wouldn't turn off. Breakfast could also be improved.

Access to the pool and beach are through neighbor resorts (inclusive), which is okay since the room is cheaper than the resorts that have direct access. Facilities and Building lacks upkeep. Rooms are comfortable. Location wise, this place is far from establishments (not convenient walking distance if you want to just step out and get food).
