Rooms and beds were clean and spacious. Traditional Hyatt vibe. Deco was bit outdated. Under renovation with bit of noise from morning. Additional charge for carpark. Excellent in general. Perfect for family.

Always gives what you expect from a five star hotel

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean, and had no issues with hot water. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

hotel abit old but other than that as expected

Received a free upgrade to a suite. Room was spacious and had a jacuzzi. Was comfortable. However Hyatt location was not as convenient in terms of walking distance to shops as other hotels but it was good they had their own carpark.
