Great location close to Sea World, the beach

I had a car that doesn’t fit in the car park And they made it so easy to park at the front Unlike JW the Marriott we will never stay there again This is our new hotel and we will be back

The location of the hotel is very good. It is easy to reach the city centre and there are many nice restaurants around. We had dinner at the hotel once and the food was really good. There is also sparkling wine available all the time at the reception. We drank it every time we went there for something. Our check in on the first day was earlier than normal and this was great. The pool and the pool area are very small. In the photos it looks like the hotel has a big pool but this is not true. There are no sunbeds on the beach but there was a lifeguard which was good. At breakfast there is a queue that can take 15 to 20 minutes but the staff are very kind and the breakfast quality is high. The restaurant and breakfast quality are very good but the food around the pool is average or low. The service is also very slow. The QR code sometimes works and sometimes does not. Because the pool area is very small you are very close to people playing ball. For a hotel with so many guests the dining areas the pool and the poolside area are not enough.

Room was clean and service was satisfied but the seafood buffet in the restaurant wasn’t satisfied.
