We stay there every year and always look forward to it. Great staff. Only complaint is the pool was very cold this year and even the hot tub was just warm.

It was retro and fun only complaint was that it was loud

This hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. From the moment we entered the room, it was absolutely freezing. There is no excuse for a hotel not having the heat turned on when they know guests are arriving. That alone shows a lack of care and poor management. To make matters worse, the windows are clearly outdated and in terrible condition. Cold air was coming straight through them, making it impossible for the room to stay warm. This is something management should already be aware of and should have fixed long ago. Even the bathroom was unbearably cold. We were forced to turn on the shower and use the blow dryer just to create some warmth, which is ridiculous and unacceptable for a paid stay. A hotel room is supposed to be a place to relax and recharge. Instead, this room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and frustrating. Management seriously needs to take responsibility and address the heating and window issues, because no guest should have to deal with this. Overall, I was extremely unhappy with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The only reason the stay was tolerable at all is because we had a lot planned and were not in the room very often. If we had spent more time there, this experience would have been even worse. Management needs to do better

Room was cold, heater didn’t work. Hot water took forever to turn warm, did not go any hotter than warm. Also didn’t get my balcony view like I paid for.
