Good location just outside Innere Stadt and close to the metro. The hotel is beautiful and amenities were nice for the most part. We stayed during winter and the heat was cranked way too high inside the room, so we kept windows open most of the nights. We stayed in the small room with a king bed, which I can only recommend a small room if you are traveling solo or do not bring more than 1 carry on. Managing our suitcases in the room was really tough. Due to navigating the small space, the handle of the wardrobe door scraped my forearm. The bathroom was spacious enough although there is no shower door, only a half wall so you need to be careful not to get water all over the bathroom when you shower. The bathroom trash can is tiny. The fitness center has a lot more than we expected and was well equipped. Didn’t use the sauna. Enjoyed the coffee shop and we ate breakfast one morning which was good. Overall, would consider staying here again but would get a bigger room next time.

Clean room, neat and tidy. Staff was very kind and responsive to our questions about Vienna! Very central to attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Hyggeligt hotel med en virkelig god beliggenhed lige ved Volkstheater og U-bahn. Meget roligt på trods af nærheden til byens seværdigheder. Værelserne er ikke kæmpestore men med rigtig gode senge og god rengøring - nogle vil måske savne et køleskab. Lobby/restaurant er virkelig hyggelige med stil a la boutique-hotel og giver lyst til at opholde sig der. Morgenbuffeten er meget god med stort udvalg for enhver smag. Køkkenchefen er iransk hvilket præger menukortet, som overvejende er vegetarisk ( check hotellets hjemmeside ). Vi nåede desværre ikke spise der pga lukkedage i julen, men kunne se at gæster kom udefra til restauranten. Hele personalet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme, og det skaber en hjemlig atmosfære hvor vi følte os velkomne. Hotellet får vores varmeste anbefaling, og vi vil bestemt bo der næste gang vi kommer til Wien.
