It was a good stay but the condo could be cleaned better

Overall the entire facility is in need of a serious update. The couch and chair in the living area are in dire need of a cleaning and the arms were visibly dirty. The mattress and platform the mattress sits on for the hide a bed in the couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. Heat did not work on top floor and we were not advised of this when we checked in the first evening. Went to bed and found the night very cold (even though we are used to sleeping in a house with lower temperatures at night) and found space heaters in the front door closet the next morning and used those for the second night. Floors on main floor are uneven and feel like they are crumbling under the carpeting. Drawer in the side table in living room would not stay closed due to u even floors.

Room was very dirty and wasn’t cleaned the three days we were there. No cups/mugs replaced and left dirty on the counter. Bathroom not cleaned and beds not made. Dust from the heater blowing around and not swept up. The floor was sticky. Only three hangers in the front closet even though there were four guests checked in. Not enough space to hang our winter gear. Towels/face clothes only replaced once and was only left 3 face clothes. A reusable bag of ours was taken and filled with garbage and rubber gloves and left by the front door for hours. The bag was used for our skates which made carrying our things much more inconvenient. I understand it is busy season but unexceptional for the price we paid. Dirty hotel room is something I cannot compromise on.

Hot tub was dirty and not heated the second night. This resort should be pet focused as it is rather nice for dogs to have the space- you could even add a dog off leash park. Promotional advertising could have dogs stay free. $30 is way too much considering how rundown this hotel is. It is way overpriced for where and what it is.
